Host Uttar Pradesh dominated Taekwondo on the 2nd Day too:

On the second day of the 41st National Taekwondo Championship, the players of host Uttar Pradesh performed brilliantly and maintained their lead with 3 gold, 2 silver, and 5 bronze medals, while Assam also performed well with 2 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze. On the second day of the competition, the chief guest, GD Goenka Public School Chairman Sarvesh Goel, presented medals to the winning players with his own hands.

Taekwondo Federation of India General Secretary Jimmy R Jagtiani said that the players of Uttar Pradesh are continuously performing well, while today on the second day, the players of Assam, West Bengal, and Punjab also performed well. Today, on the second day, the Poomse competition was held under the supervision of Grandmaster Mahendra Mohan Jaiswal, an international coach and player and former coach of film star and martial artist Tiger Shroff, whose medals will be awarded to the winning players on the last day of the competition.
